End User Licence Agreement
Last updated 28 August 2026.
This agreement is between you and W&V Collective AB, trading as AFUGAZI. Full company details are on the imprint page. It governs your use of our software. By installing or using the software you accept it.
1. What you get
For paid software, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own music production, whether personal or commercial. You own what you make with it. We claim nothing in your music.
For free software, the same licence applies, except that we may withdraw or change it at any time.
2. How many machines
You may install and activate the software on up to 3 computers that you own or control, and use it on one of them at a time. Contact us if you need more, for example for a studio.
3. What you may not do
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent that Swedish law expressly permits it despite this clause. Remove or circumvent the licence check. Redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense or share the software or your licence key. Use the software to build a competing product.
4. Licence keys and activation
Activation requires an internet connection and sends us your licence key, a hashed identifier for your computer, and your IP address. This is necessary to run the software and happens without a separate prompt. Sharing a licence key publicly will result in it being revoked.
5. Usage data
The software collects no usage data, crash reports or analytics unless you turn them on. You are asked once, on first run. The software works identically whichever answer you give, and we will not ask you again.
6. Updates
We may release updates. Updates to a paid plugin are free within the same major version. We are not obliged to update the software indefinitely.
7. Support
We provide support by email at support@afugazi.com. We aim to answer within [NUMBER] working days.
8. Ownership
We own the software. This agreement licenses it to you, it does not sell it to you.
9. Warranty
We provide the software as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will work with every host or system. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Swedish or EU law, including the right to a conforming product.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for death or personal injury, without limit. For anything else, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. We are not liable for lost projects, lost work or lost profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Back up your work. Audio software crashes, ours included.
11. Term and termination
This licence lasts until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach section 3. On termination you must stop using the software and delete it.
12. Governing law
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
