Refunds and Returns

1. Paddle handles payments and refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases of AFUGAZI software and sound kits. Your contract of sale is with Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms, which you accepted at checkout.

2. The statutory right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins, provided you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right. Paddle obtains that consent at checkout for paid products. We obtain it at the download form for free products.

3. FIX YOUR DRUMS: all sales final

A plug-in licence is delivered the moment you pay, so plug-in sales are final. Try it first: the trial runs the full plug-in for 14 days without a key.

If FIX YOUR DRUMS does not work as described on your system, write to support@afugazi.com. Most problems are solved in one email. If we cannot fix it, your statutory rights apply, through Paddle.

4. SKELETON, other sound kits and the bundle: all sales final

A sound kit is a set of WAV files. Once they are downloaded they cannot be given back, so sound kit sales are final. That includes the SKELETON + FIX YOUR DRUMS bundle, because it contains the kit. If a file is broken or missing, or the download does not work, write to support@afugazi.com and we fix it.

5. Before you buy

Check that your operating system, plugin format and host application are listed in the product specification before purchasing. If you are unsure, email us and ask.

6. Licence keys and downloads

A licence key, and access to a kit download, is switched off if the payment is reversed: a full refund (for example under your statutory rights), or a chargeback. For the bundle that is both the key and the SKELETON download. A partial refund does not switch them off, and if a chargeback is reversed they are switched on again.

Free downloads

Free downloads give you immediate access, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download link has been sent.

7. How to request a refund

Through Paddle, using the link in your purchase receipt, or by emailing support@afugazi.com and we will raise it with Paddle on your behalf.
