Sound Kit Licence

This licence covers AFUGAZI sound kits, starting with SKELETON. It is between you and AFUGAZI. Full company details are on the imprint page.

1. Royalty free

Every sound in our kits is 100% royalty free. Use them in your own music, commercial or not, and keep everything you earn. No royalties, no clearance, no credit required.

2. What you may do

Use the sounds in beats, songs, remixes and full releases. Release that music anywhere: streaming, stores, radio, video. Sell or lease beats made with the sounds. Use your music in sync: film, tv, games, ads, podcasts. Perform it live. Keep the kit on all your own computers and drives.

3. What you may not do

Resell, share, give away or upload the sounds, on their own or inside anything that lets others use them as sounds: sample packs, drum kits, loop kits, construction kits, sound libraries, presets, plugins, apps, sample sites or torrents, free or paid. Use the sounds to train, fine-tune or test ai or machine learning models. Register the sounds themselves with content id or any other audio fingerprinting service. Claim that you made or own the sounds.

4. The licence

When you buy a kit, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its sounds in your own music, as described above. The licence is for the person who bought the kit. For a studio or a team, contact us.

5. Ownership

We own the sounds. You own the music you make with them. We claim nothing in it.

6. Termination

The licence ends automatically if you break section 3.

7. Warranty

The sounds are provided as they are. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.

8. Governing law

Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
